One of the most effective ways to reach the largest number of people is with a banner advertisement on our website. Starting at just $120 per year, this is the most affordable form of advertising, and will reach more people than any other. Here are our banner advertising rates:

• One banner advertisement, top of page on left or right – $200 per year
• One banner advertisement, other position left or right – $120 per year

One of the most popular ways to reach the large number of people who pass through the gates at Beaver Creek Speedway during the year is with a billboard sign at the track. This is an attractive 4 X 8 foot sign located in the turns, easily visible for patrons sitting in the grandstand area or in the pits. This will guarantee exposure multiple times throughout each weekly event. This sign may have any design, company logos, and colors that you desire.

When a company participates in the billboard advertising program they will receive free bonus public address announcements at each event. Any special promotions of the company will be promoted by Beaver Creek Speedway provided that the materials are provided by the sponsor organization.

If you want the full advertising package then VIP Division Sponsorship is for you. With this package, you choose the racing division you wish to sponsor. You get a website banner advertisement in the highest position available. You also get a billboard sign advertisement at the track which everyone who comes through the gates will see. You also get free public address announcements each and every time your chosen division is mentioned plus. Your division will have an additional $50 paid out to the winner of every feature race event beginning with the first race in May through the final race of August, excluding money races (maximum of nine races). In the event of a cancellation for any reason, the week’s payout money will roll over to the next week. The VIP Division Sponsorship is the complete package and is only $700 per year.
